The villa is conceived around the idea of horizontal layering and transparency. A dramatic floating roof establishes the main architectural gesture, sheltering a series of increasingly transparent spaces beneath it. Expansive glazing dissolves the boundary between the interior and garden, while timber surfaces introduce warmth against the darker structural elements. The landscape and curved pool soften the villa’s precise geometry, creating a contrast between structured architecture and an organic outdoor setting. The result is a contemporary home that feels expansive, warm, and closely connected to its surroundings.
