NEW GIZA 102

A contemporary private residence defined by bold geometric volumes, strong contrasts, and expansive glazing. The design balances a dramatic architectural identity with comfortable family living, creating a home that feels private from the street while opening generously toward the garden and outdoor spaces.

The concept is built around contrast, framing, and transition. Monumental light volumes form the primary structure of the house, while darker elements carve through them to define the entrance, circulation, and sheltered spaces. Large areas of glazing gradually dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior toward the rear, transforming the garden, pool, and entertaining areas into an extension of the home. Water, sculpture, planting, and carefully framed views soften the architecture and create a residence that shifts from formal and private at the entrance to open, relaxed, and social within.
