The design is based on contrasting privacy with openness. Toward the street, solid stone volumes, recessed openings, vertical timber elements, and layered landscaping create a composed and protected presence. Toward the garden, the architecture becomes increasingly transparent, allowing the interior spaces to visually extend into the terraces, pool, and landscape.
